A climate knowledge portal for Latin America and the Caribbean

Latin America and the Caribbean is one of the most vulnerable regions to the negative impacts of climate change. With a detailed understanding of its environmental, social, and economic needs, we support governments and key stakeholders with strategies to confront the climate crisis.

The observatory promotes responsible decision-making through reliable information, technical analysis, and dialogue among key stakeholders, strengthening environmental and social governance in the region.

ADAPTATION

The main objective of the ARO is to facilitate decision-making aimed at advancing climate change adaptation processes in Latin America and the Caribbean.
