More than 10 Climate Action meetings that put Latin America and the Caribbean on the path towards COP28...

At the COP28 EAU to be held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Latin America and the Caribbean will seek bold, practical, and ambitious agreements to address the triple climate crisis in the region. UNEP seeks to support this purpose with a series of regional dialogues on critical topics to be addressed at COP28 and to collect inputs that will serve negotiating teams and UN Country Teams from the Latin America and Caribbean countries.

The results of these dialogues will feed the preparatory work of the XXIII Forum of Ministers of Environment of LAC, which will be held in October 2023.
